I have no luck, and just can't get the latest nvidia cards from where i live...
So i'm considering to take an ati 9800pro... Except if that card doesn't work well with epsxe ...(this may look weird , sorry)
Oherwise i'll choose a geforce 5900zt. Thanks for you help

definitely pick the 9800pro. you can't use Very High X with Pete's OpenGL2 plugin (which you can with the FX series..) but the 9800pro has better shader performance than anything in the FX series, so not only will it be better for games in general, you can use shaders in the OGL2 plugin.

plus the 5900XT is a POS :p

in conclusion, get the 9800pro, it works well with ePSXe and other games too.

I would get the ATI because the cards that nvidia released that time really sucked...and they made the hype so high...all the cards did was warm your computer up...and we know how much computers love heat....

The 9800 Pro is a high end card, well was in the previous generation. Anyways, Get it. 9800 Pro works great with ePSXe and every other emu I've tried.

Agreed. Radeon cards outperforms any card on the market.
whoa! contain that to the Nvidia vs. ATi thread :p

but, if one would only want to do PSX emulation, i'd pick the FX series over any Radeon, any day...Pete's OGL2 with very high X and Y pwns all
