ASF to MPEG/AVI

Other tham TMPGEnc, what other video editing tools can convert ASF file to MPEG/AVI? I tried VirtualDub but their current version doesn't allow ASF conversion. I'm trying to convert the MGS2 trailer (TGS 2001). It takes too long on TMPGEnc. I'm guessing it's using a different codec (ASF).

ASFTools can also convert ASF to AVI, but it's not 100% realiable.
