Depending on your forum software, there should be arcade plugins available for it, with according instructions. For vbulletin, there are quite a few, and the one used here is ibProArcade (theres more modern).

There are 'gamepacks' too, to add games by batches.

You need to upload games to the /Games folder then go to Admin -> Games (Arcade section) to install the games you've uploaded.
