Now that I've gotten myself a dual-shock controller I decided to give "Ape Escape" a try, everything works fine but the controls are somewhat ackward because the camera moves with the character wich makes controlling (and monkey capturing) quite difficult! I dunno if anything isn't well configured but it'd be better if movement and camera had separate control =/ I've never played it on a real psx so I'd like to know if this is the way the game is mean't to be played or if I"ve misconfigured anything.

Thanks in advance,

I just tried the demo and my problem was that the camera wouldn't rotate on its own very often. I had to keep hitting L1 to get it to rotate behind the character. Is that the same problem you're having?

Yeap, that's the problem! Now that I know that nothing is wrong with my controller I'm gonna try playing it ;)

Thanks!

EDIT: Actually my pad wasn't properly configured, I had the d-pad and the analog stick set as the same :p My bad...
