I bought a very nice Dual-Analog, Dual-Shock controller ages ago for less than $10 US.
Sad thing about the drivers, only work for 32bit XP. But, is just for rumble so is good enough still. XD

Anyhow, try another emulator which can use pad plugins and use the N-Rage pad plugin.
That should do.
