stop using Petes CDR, use Sapu 1.3.

After looking at many, many threads, this was actually the one thing that fixed the problem. Thanks for the tip Squall, and next time this question comes up suggest this first. Lots of people seem to have the exact same problem even though they have a correct controller setup.

Yeah, its a subchannel protection i believe, Petes plugin doesn't read it properly for a good while now (on win9x was fine)
but Sapu's does fine.
