I use Pandora on my Iphone.
Really really good.

Although I had to do some custom vpn connection to enable it on my country. :evil:

Podcasts are close enough in my book.

But internet radio is actually a streamed radio station that you can listen to, usually on their website or through a media player like Winamp.
