Well I've been using ICQ's SMS system to send messages to friends cell phones, but I've notice that some of the phone companies are not enlisted.
Could someone give me sites of other programs that uses the same techinque of sending messages from net via to cellphone.

Is there a way that a person could reply back from his/her cell, to the net, so I could see there message showing up!!!!

I think that available on icq's in a few countries. I know I can do that here.

A person can reply from his cell to the net if his cell is WAP capable and his service provider supports it.
