American Football = A wussie version of Rugby or Australian Rules Football. Oooh look at me, I'm 7'1", built like a Panzer and have to wear ALL THIS PADDING. Gimme a break.

I happen to be watching ITV's coverage of it right now, just because I don't want to be reminded of the Scotland vs France Six Nations match repeat.

Now that the superbowl is over, might I say that the half-time show, with Paul McCartney, was _WAY_ better than all of last years combind. He was really good.

I didnt watch much of the superbowl, but I knew before the game started that the Patriots would win. I mean it just wouldnt seem right for them to lose to Philadelphia (no offense to any Eagle fans that may be out there). I'm not much of a fan for 11-man American football since I mostly see six-man games. (my high school plays that due to low enrollment) Much better game if you ask me too, since each player has more things to do.

hey, do the 6 players play offence and defence, cause thats why I dont like football. Haveing 2 seperate teams makes it more like a real sport. What other sport has 2 seperate offence and defence teams?

Fricking Pats won! w00t... eat it Eagles fans! Tom Brady is your daddy! :D

Can anyone say "dynasty"?

My superbowl party rocked. We went to my friend's place and watched it on his new 50" high definition DLP T.V. and played Texas Hold'em and 8 Player Winning Eleven 7 afterwards.

And seriously, why all the hatred for American football? I love soccer and all types of sports, but football has to be one of the most strategic games out there.

They can play both. Its up to the coach and it depends on how many players the team has. For example, my school usually has 10-12, but larger schools could have up to 20. Six man is very similar to 11 man except the field is shorter and some rules are slightly different. I really like sixman better though. It just seems to me 11 players on offence or defense looks too crowded (though I am sure each player does something)
