Also the ink they use in the refill isn't always the right size of ink. so it may leak out and damage your printer. check the stuff out first and you should be fine. It may save you a lot of money, but your printer may ef up, I guess in the end you might have the same amount of money either way.
Anyone ever try ink refill kits?
hp 57 cartridges cost 30 bucks each 
ive been looking at refill kits that say they will be able to refill carts 10 times. so has anyone tried it? how is the quality of the pictures after u refill, is it hard? anything i should know?
