right now i'm using a dual shock 2 controller hooked up to a usb adapter i bought (somewhere). i was wondering if the dual shock (rumble) was suppose to work with epsxe (or any other emu).

i was going to build the adapter at http://www.emulatronia.com/reportajes/directpad/psxeng/index.htm but got lazy and just bought a usb adapter for $15. i figured, since usb does supply power to devices, that the dual shock would work, but... it doesn't.

so yea, does it?

and yea, i know the adapter at burutter.com supports dual shock, but since i can't translate the webpage...

Very true Bgnome. I have a USB to PSX cable made by Pelican Accessories, but it does not support Dual Shock. I am not electrically inclined enough to build an adapter and I can't find one in a store near me, so I went out and bought a Logitec Wingman Rumble pad. Now I have all the rumble I could possibly want. That might be the solution for you Toxic, try to find a good USB rumble pad for your PC to use w/ePSXe. Best of luck.
sincerely,
