Perhaps, PSMplayer can do this.

From my experiences, PSX MultiConverter could as well. You'd have to wait a few minutes for it to "search" the disc for the data (only needs to be done the first time though), and then it'll show most of the CCG's, sounds, and sometimes image extensions found on the disc.

Hey thanks you guys. I tried both, and it's a lot easier than manually recording with a sound plugin. Quality is better too.
