hmmm, maybe that compatibility mode thingy will get fixed up soon too in the form of a service pack. I dunno. We'll see....

...but since you have a system that can support XP, why not go for ePSXe instead?

well, that is because I don´t have a good video card (damm integrated chips)
so my best option is VGS

Try usin a software plugin in epsxe.

so what plugin do you recommend, I´m changing my mind to epsxe (sorry VGS) and I tried Kazzuya´s and Pete´s Soft plugins, and for Kazzuya 1.7 it has a good speed but some glitches, and Pete´s 1.54 no glitches but slowww as hell, so is there another option?

Did you try using frameskipping? Other than that, I don't know any other software plugins.

If Pete's is still slow, I'd go for Kazzuya's plugin. I haven't had many problems with that plugin.
