The game just freezes after Mahanon starts floating and Fei's sitting on his chair with the projector in the background says he'll have to deal with 'her'.

is this the famous "dream sequence"? i've never played it but heard much about it.

if so....

load your game from a memory card. when the scene is about to start press F7. when it's over press F7 again.

i also heard using ePSXe 1.6.0 fixed that bug.

well, first of all:

- FPS limitation: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: 60

(in other words, you dont need frame skipping, and put your FPS limit at 60). i'd also recommend to turn up the texture quality, that will make the game look better, your 4200 can handle it.

anyway assuming that that doesnt fix it (doubt it will anyway), try using PSXeven. (but still change those plugin settings, they are for the general well being of your gaming experience).
