I finally got my emulator to work bad bios thanks for all who help now what do u do with run ps-exe?

Its used for running demos so I think it wont be of any use to you.

ps-exe is a PSX Executable, much like a program (only made for PSX). As prafull stated, it is mainly used for psx demos (and homebrew games), so unless you have some (in wich case you should have the libpsx.exe as some of them require it) it is totally useless to you.
