forums.animesuki.com is a fansub community forum that has sections for series that are currently being fansubbed, with people discussing about their impresions on the aforementioned series.
http://www.mahou.org/Showtime/ mantains a little list with all the series that are currently being aired at Japan, including their airtime and a RSS feed that shows you the series that are going to be showed in the next hour. It also contains a list with the "Soon coming" series

You might like to check the dates between the two posts you criticized.... an Edit would have barely helped there
about the order you sohlud have to watch Initial D, if you want to have a complete idea you should watch them in numerical order. Although, if you are not in for oldies, you can watch 4, as it can stand-alone perfectly
EDIT: err... sorry... you were refering to the movie. Sorry, since I have barely watched Initial D I guess I'm of no help there >.<

Proto, I've watched first stage now almost finishing second stage
I didnt know I'd like this anime so much so never paid attention to it
I was referring to everything it has to do with initial D not only the anime so your help is much appreciated
