And.. your problem is you don't have a 3d card right?

I think you should grab a plugin pack (a complete collection of ePSXe compatible plugin's) and use a softGPU plugin for your card.

If you don't have a 3D card then the only thing you can do is use a software plugin. However this won't look so great, so unless you decide to buy a video card the best thing to do is play your PSX games on your PS2.
