an XBOX360 Emulator For Windows? Could it be possiable?

I mean maybe an emulator that get red of 60% of the graphic details in the game and runs it , would make at least 50% speed... at least you get to play the game and they doesn't look too much real as in the real xbox360...

I am saying maybe an emulator that gets red of 60% of the Game Graphic Details would make an emulator that runs at least 50-40-30% , just wondering in that case it would be possible. :)
