Iam thinking of buying one of amd 64 2x seies,

The Q is : it stand for example 4400 Mhz, Both = 4400 mhz or Every core is 4400?...and the same with the cache.. is every core have 2 MB? or both cores= 2 MB?

Each core has either 512K of L2 cache (Manchester) or 1 MB (Toledo). Both cores run at the same speed (either 2.2 or 2.4 GHz).

With AMDs, the core processor speed doesn't really prove the power of the processor. Pretty much, an AMD 2600 = a P4 2.6GHZ, an AMD 4000 = P4 4GHZ, etc.

Especially the 939's and even more with the x2's becuase of the direct connection to the memory controller.

The PR rating was a bit of an overstatement with the Athlon XPs (for example, a 3200+ was close to a P4 2.8 in performance, not a 3.2) but the Socket 939 A64's are on the conservative side with the ratings. Socket 754 seems to be in between those.
