i thank i got it
the problem is with "using dual core"
when we put the correct setting to use dual core, really the machine note performing this command
but when we run the game one more time the machine perform using dual core correctly
that the why a see my fan spinning fast when i re-run game
and you can verifies the % of using cpu on task manager

just for information i have to do that one time not several time

wrong. The cpu is just getting hotter because you ran it a second time. % in task manager is 80-100 for me in dc mode all the time.

Isn't this related to that "trick" of old times where you have to run Dolphin two times to get proper speeds? I know i used to have to do that, every time. Don't know now since i changed from C2D to C2Q and retired a bit from Dolphin.

Same problem since i have installed Seven x86 and x64, i must open/close x2 Dolphin for full speed, same problem with pcsx2...
But with Xp x86 and Vista x86 i never had this problem, strange ?
