Hello,
I afforded a Geforce 2 gts w/ 32 mb of ddr (from creative) instead of my geforce 256, I 've no problems at all, except this one (see the screenshot).
Trying to tweak it w/ nvmax didn't solved the problem too (even w/ the via agp4x fix), oh yeah, my mobo is a K7T-266 pro model.
If anyone could give me some help =).

Ok the best solution that I can think of is for you to hunt around for the 14.20 detonator drivers. This version is the ONLY one that allows you to set the AGP mode manually.

hehe, I've got the bad habit to ask for help w/o trying all the options first , sorry about that.
I've solved the problem: it was due to my old via motherboard drivers, I just updated the agp driver (btw, get the via pci latency patch to solve any audio related problems, as I had. Thx to the thread below )
So the agp 4x is functionning correctly now (about 3500 points w/ 3dmark2k1, I think that's ok)

Uh??? 3500?? Just to know, how much an Ati all in wonder radeon 32mb agp 4x in Windows 2000 Professional should do? the better i could get was 1200.... i think something is wrong here...
ive the newest via drivers for sure, and the latest driver. anyone with a ati radeon? could give me your benchmarks so i can compare?

I got a Radeon and last time I used 3d-2001 I got around 3600 ish Im sure.
I dont have it on now as its a bit pointless imo but you can compare your mark to others with the same card as you on mad onion cant you to get a better comparision as mines a radeon64ddr and yours is a all in wonder.

Oh well, ive found a new update on via drivers on the site, and well.... it worked..... i had 4.37, and now there is a 4.37a.... the score for myself jumped from 1200 to 2900.... much better. it had some bug with w2k.
but still i have a program who is saying that fast write is disabled... ill try to found out how to enable this on my bios. i havent seeing a option for that there. Probably with that ill score something like you. Thanks.
