Well, since PCSX2 now works well on dual core CPUs, recently i have started playing FF X again... Well, i can't continue playing becouse game stop (does not freez, it just don't go on anymore) at this point: DVD Read sector 116485<8, this is the last message in console, after this it does not read anything. I Repeat again, all looks normal but it simply stops here. It's a scene after a boss fight, when Al Bhed kidnap Yuna on "shoopoff". Can I somehow skipp this scene with some kind of patch or something, and how to make that ? Also to mention that i played FF X on PCSX2 0.9.4 version earlier, this is the first time i play it on 0.9.6. FPS is always 60.

As the message suggests, either your disc or ISO is damaged/bad at that area (unless this is a common freeze point).
