1) If I'm a good guy, I should respect your fanboyism to Spiderman. But Boltz, I must say that you took that example you always like to use just to piss us off. Or may be you can't think properly. Don't put God side by side with spiderman or anyother thing.

2) I know we are not forced to read your personal opinions about religion, but (put 50 thicklines under this) on the same time you can't write this in a public forums which has rules agaisnt any form of flaming/offending/harrasment or any insult.

So plz read the rules before you ask new members to read them.

If you can quote me where I insulted you, I'll apologize. But AFAIK I haven't offended you or anyone else. I didn't even criticize religion in this thread (I merely quoted a joke from the site) - you were the one running around crying foul.

I didn't insult any member. If I'd called you (or anyone else) an "ignorant believer", then this would be an insult.

If I say "god sucks", then I'm insulting god, and god is not an emuforums member. Anyway, I haven't even said that "god sucks". I repeat, I've only quoted a joke from a site, and then I tried to defend people's freedom of speech. I'm not attempting to criticize religion on this thread (though I've done it plenty of times in other threads, I'm not doing it here).

4) Our God can take care of himself + he does take care of us too. That's why there is something you sure have heard of called "The judgement day" . Where all ppl would be judged : You for offending him and me for seeing this offence and shut up.

I stoped believing this stuff when I was 13.

5) Science failed miserably many times. And God didn't give us much science btw, so don't get so proud.

And where is this god-given science? I read a lot, but I've never seein it

Your “fact 1” is bogus. If I say that any insult to Star Trek is a direct insult to me, what does it prove? That if you say that Star Trek is a bad TV show then you’re directly insulting me? Sorry, but this is a non-sequitur.

Therefore, I reject your “fact 1”.

It was about two sites making both fun of ancient rules being still enforced in the so-called most powerful and modern nations in the world. This site satirically dealt with the way numerous Americans seem to believe in god which is - as I already mentioned - retarded!

Cloudvii, the main point is that no one, neither this site, nor the people who qouted it insulted YOU, the average theist who believes deeply in this god. Of course you are an intelligent person who can decide for yourself which truth to accept, either the dogmatic medieval theories about premarital sex making you butt-ugly and masturbation making you dumb or the more tolerant ones which also accept science and stuff. You should be clever enough to see that.

I am sorry that this discussion became a flame war. It was intended to be funny, but some people didn't seem to be pretty tolerant...
