Iori SPU Plugin 1.42 seems to work very well with Lunar 2 Eternal Blue Complete.

Unlike the other sound plugins, there's no slowdown or lag with the sound and music with Iori SPU Plugin 1.42.

Though Iori SPU Plugin 1.42 doesn't work too well with the other games...
