Is there anyway that I can change which directory the Visual Boy Advance reads/writes save files? I do not want to have the save files in the same folder as my roms thank you ^.^

Also is there a similar way with cheat files?

Agreed. I was clueless before i found this thread. Jerkface's account is banned so he mustve not been very nice. He did answer our question though.
