Pete,

If you don't mind, I'd like to make a a small request for the next version of ePSXeCutor:

Is it possible to allow Memory Cards with names different from epsxeXXX.mcr? I have one memory card for each game I play, and I'd like to use ePSXeCutor to switch between them.

Why is the name of the memcard file of any importance?

Just create a new memcard file (or maybe even two) for each
ePSXeCutor game configuration, and select the files in the
"quick configure->memcards" window... so you have unique
memcards for each game configuration... that's all :)

well i think it's not that relevant, but sometimes
it's hard to locate the exactly memorycard for a specific game, in a middle of lots of MCs when you formated or reinstalled the O.S.

But epsxecutor is NICE util tha way it its :D

Well some people slightly over-use their digital memory cards, see attached! :)

It would be nice to have a comment field or something that is stored in the registry! So you could label them, e.g. FF9 CD1 Memcard 1, FF9 CD1 Memcard 2 etc :) or Chrono Cross Memcard 2 (for later use)

I like to use new slots quite often so I can go back to anywhere in a game (especially in RPGs) finding out where can become a task when you have like 8 memcards just for FF9 ;)

OMNiSLaSH already answered my question. When you have a lot of memorycards, it's kinda hard to identify them. I thought of using different names for the memory cards, but some comments, as Ben suggested, would do a good job as well.
