i received a msg:
"An error occured during initialization of the CVGS video system.

make sure you have the required version of Microsoft's DirectX version and the latests driver for your video card installed."

when i tried to run it. i have updated my graphic card to the latest version and using directx 8a on win98.

someone pls help me.

Yeah, if only he could actually downgrade to DX7. My guess is that his video drivers are not (fully) compatible with DirectX (8). Still, my old Matrox Mystique 4 MB VRAM (w/ retail drivers) works with DirectX 8 (although none of the newer features are supported). Maybe it's a hardware/software conflict, but something is preventing VGS from accessing DirectX. Nothing185, try running diagnostics (run: dxdiag) and test your DirectDraw acceleration or try running other programs that utilize DirectX.
