Well, if you want to think of a vid-card that's on par with a PSX, maybe, MAYBE, it's the Diamond Stealth 3D upped to 4 megs (And yes, I was stupid enough to upgrade mine to 4 megs 
). Then again, if I remember correctly, that was a pitiful attempt to bring PC's graphics up to an N64 (which failed), and was only successful when OTHER companies tried it.
