Which 3D cards' spec is on par (or superior) to PSX or PS2 [even Xbox]

according to Dan, PS2's gpu is better than GeForce 2. in terms of processor efficiency (treat PS2's gpu as one real processor)
can someone dig up GeForce3's spec?
oh yeah... what about the GameCube from Nintendo?

...never would thought Lewpy will tug-in for lecture, so... would PS2's design turns out to be a big waste? and speaking of XBox, how it gonna perform against PS2? (focus on their graphics engine)

blame me if you want, (after all... this board is where you get in-depth infos about leading edge graphicx technology when you are not playing emu )

recent report: Final Fantasy IX looks better on PS2 with AA (not sure which kind, but i choose "smooth" before starting the game) then the emu output on my PII-350 with Rage128:rockets:

BUT

still can't compare to the game spec'd for PS2 use (darn, those PS2 games are just looking sweet )
