In settings under enhancements either disable PGXP Geometry correction or enable CPU mode if your PC can handle it.

Either, you can do it in Duckstation settings this way this change will apply to every game you play or you can do this in game properties so it'll only apply to this game.

As far as am aware CPU mode is safe to use and generally better it's just very demanding.
