A-Saturn is a relatively decent Saturn emulator for win9x. It runs most parts of the console itself (config screen, cd player etc.), though you can't really play commercial games with it yet.
It's been a long time since the last public release, so the project seems to be discontinued. The homepage does mention "A-Saturn Generation 3" accompanied by 2 screenshots, however it's unclear whether a public release is planned, if the project is still being worked on at all.
