Baldurīs Gate: Dark Alliance 2

Baldurīs Gate: Dark Alliance 2 PAL
SLES_521.87
CRC = F59FF56B

pcsx2 0.95 svn 399
gsdx svn 851 (DX9)

Only the left side of the game is rendered when using Hardware mode, but works fine when switch to software mode. Also need to change the interlacing mode, otherwise the screen shakes.
On the main menu, the screen is ok, but theres no background.

Its the same behavior with Baldurīs Gate: Dark Alliance 1, so fixing one probably will fix the other too.

Ive posted here some screens, the games dump, and 2 more .gs files from ingame: http://www.4shared.com/dir/8988990/232ad6c4/Pcsx2.html

Search in
C:\Windows\System32
for d3dx9_36.dll and d3dx10_36.dll and copy them inside your pcsx2 directory

It's a busy week at work, but I got some interesting newsletter from intel: http://isdlibrary.intel-dispatch.com...abee_paper.pdf. They don't fail to mention how larrabee is able to solve all of the problems of d3d. The last remaining fixed function stages of the rendering pipeline, everything except texture sampling, have to be programmed. Thier described software rendering method does not differ too much from gsdx/ps2's solution. It's tile based, where each tile fits into the local cache of one core. GSdx divides the multithreaded blocks into scanlines, I could use 2d tiles if I wanted to, it depends on which has better memory locality. Another advantage that the cache is transparently managged as with current cpu's, and unlike CUDA. It mentions that texture access can generate page faults, it's not clear yet how many cycles it costs, I tried the same with the OS managged virtual memory before, that was awfully slow . For multithread mode gsdx uses spinlocks to sync the cores, in larrabee there seems to be a less wasteful solution for that too. Will see how 10 cores and four times wide sse registers do (and costs :P) once it gets released.

Gabest, I was reading that pdf file, what is this Larrabee all about???
Is it a new hardware architecture cpu(gpu)????

I'll admit, the text was too complex for me tiny brain

What is this all about ??

Because they cannot raise the ghz anymore (since the p4), everybody including sun (niagara), ibm (cell), gpu makers, and now intel too, are trying to add more cores to their platform. I'm not sure if this is going to be a pci-x card or a cpu. It would make more sense as a cpu.

awesome gabest!
even handles .mdf files (i guess they're just standard ISO's?)

only problem is when you don't select and ISO, and goto Run CD/DVD it gives a CD error.
linuzappz ISO plugin opens a dialog-box when you havn't selected an ISO yet; its more convenient for testing/playing different games.

@Gabest: I noticed that the post-processing effect hasn't been removed from the italian versions of Metal Gear Solid 3 : Snake Eater [CRC = 79ED26AD] and Metal Gear Solid 3 : Subsistence [CRC = 5E31EA42]. Can you add them in your list (is it GScrc.cpp?)?

Thx in advance, I admire your work and your professionalism, so firgive me for bothering you!!!
