He uses HTML codes to change the color of his Custom Title. Since he doesn't close the last tag, that color remains standard all the way down to the next color changing tag. (or closing tag) ... Or end of the file.

Anyway, such things could easily mess up an entire font scheme on many websites, if the unclosed tag uses a tag meant for another tag to end his activities. Here, on NGemu, the damage is hardly noticable. Only the colors below his av are changed.
