I enjoy playing Final fantasy games, but really just want to play for the story, so i want to speed it up. I tried checking the box next to use FPS limit, and selected the bubble next to FPS limit and set that number to 200.00. I used to do this on Final Fantasy 8 but cant rememeber how to make it go faster >_< any help appreciated! (I'm pretty sure it was with ePSXe anyway, if not tell me which emulator allowed you to speed up gameplay please!) My Specs and Stuff: ePSXe v1.7.0 Pete's PSX Open GL2 driver 2.9 ePSXe sound and cd Windows Vista 64bit all up to date Nvidia geforce gt 520 gfx card intel dual core duo 3.0ghz 4gb ram |

Hello there, If you are looking for more FPS, I have been using this thing called Game Booster. http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html Download that it is completely virus free. What you do is after installation run as administrator and add the epsxe emulator to the apps inside Game Booster. After that click on the Emulator and Click (Boost) or (Launch Boost). It will start the emulator for you and and also greatly increase the FPS. I play an online game called Perfect World International and in the game using Boost, when I normally would get 10-15 FPS, it was at 55-70 FPS. It is an amazing thing and in all of my epsxe roms i never lagged, due to low FPS ever again. Cheers and gl mate! Also! Always use Pete's D3d, or Direct3D plugin! For smooth rendering!
