Harvest Moon Tale of Two Towns crash

I've been searching and I guess I'm not the only with this problem, has their been a solution yet?

This is what happens when I load the Rom

As suggest in an earlier thread, it stated to change my settings to GBA BIOS, which that doesn't work! (maybe?)

I'm new to this crap, so please be as dumbed-down as possible, please

I have NO$GBA 2.6a W/ NO$ZOOMER
I downloaded the GBA BIOS firmware too..

It's not a corrupted file, I also have DeSumME downloaded, it worked on there, but I hate DeSumME since I have a PC and it lags.
