Getting Emulator to Display across all three monitors

Hi Everyone,

I am attempting to get both Super Smash Bros Melee and Twilight Princess to display successfully on my Eyefinity triple monitor (5760 x 1080) setup. The Eyefinity is working as intended and I am offered the option for the 5760 x 1080 custom resolution on Graphics --> General --> Custom Resolution.

However, when I play the game it displays 2/3 black screen space (on sides) and 1/3 game space (centered). Obviously, I am looking for the game to span all three screens with no black space. I am baffled at this problem.
