No more Sound
Earlier today I had zero issues as usual playing Pokemon Heart Gold with the No$Zoomer emulator. A few hours later I am receiving no sound. The volume remains unchanged even changed it back and forth for testing. I also changed Sound Output to multiple things to test with no results. To make sure it wasn't my computer or have gone deaf I went to Youtube and played a video and it produced sound. I also tested other ROMs using both the No$Zoomer and No$GBA and no sound from anything so I am 99.9% sure it is the Emulator program. After about an half hour of searching I have not found anything that could assist me with this issue or an answer. I would greatly appreciate an answer or direction to something that may help. Thank you. |

Try deleting no$gba.ini file. If that doesn't work, then try rebooting your computer.

No luck on either thing. Deleted the .ini and attempted starting up a ROM and it won't start properly. Rebooted my computer once before and again for good measure and still no luck. I was wondering if I accidently hit a keybind that mutes the emulator however I don't see anything that works as a keybind to mute the emulator other than manually turning down the volume. |

That's really weird. Try running a game and turn the volume up.

I attempted the deleting the .ini again. I got it to load up a ROM properly however still no sound. I turn the volume up and down to test and still nothing working.

I think Vista/Win7 was able to control the sound on every app in some way.I don't use Vista/Win7 so I can't help with anything else. Maybe in some way you disable the sound for that app(it's just a wild guess(since I don't know how that feature works)but try renaming No@GBA to something else and try running your game again) |

I have found the issue. Turns out that Vista indeed had a separate Volume for No$GBA I got into it and increased the volume and back to normal. Thank you for reminding me that Vista did that.
