Screen Shake on Pearl

Everything was running good then out of no where my screen starts to shake or tear side to side while moving in game. What settings need to be changed? Only happens while moving character

Does it shake during some cut-scenes? I think that's supposed to happen when you reach Giratina or Palkia, or both. Or during battle when someone uses EQ or something... I mean if this is the only game this would explain it.
