Directional arrows not working

Up/Down/Left/Right isn't working no matter what keys I assign them to.

Trying to play FFIV if that helps-I remember trying the game out before and it worked but it doesn't now

i tried for hours to reproduce this.

are you using any strange keyboard software, like a game profiler or something.

Check if joystick is enabled.
