How do you Load Game saves like the ones found on GameFaqs?

I've found some nice game saves from gamefaqs.com would but I don't know if dolphin can load them.
Also if dolphin can load them would someone be able to tell me where I need to put the saves or the process if there is one.

Gamecube saves: import them using Memory Card Manager found in Tools dropdown menu

Wii saves: right click on game in the Dolphin list -> Open Wii Save folder and put your save file there
