This might be crazy to ask but who is the creator of NO$Zoomer and does he/she have a main site?

Not a crazy question as such, but unfortunately, I don't know either. From what I've gathered, it first popped up on a heavily ROM-laden japanese site and spread from there through various emulation sites like this one.
Neither the About, nor the readme state any coder name or aliases, though I'd gladly state him/her/them here.

Not a crazy question at all, it would be preferred to link to a homepage and give the author the respect and admiration he deserves but as Smilley stated we don't really know anything of it's creation.

New to the forum, but I have a question: I looked at the translated readme file for No$Zoomer, did what it said under "usage" (placed the exe, the Lang folder, and the attach.dll in the same folder as the No$GBA, and tried to run No$Zoomer), but nothing happens. Absolutely nothing, whether No$GBA is open or not. What am I doing wrong? I have version 2.6a of the emulator.

What OS are you running? Vista and 7 need admin rights and active UAC to run No$Zoomer.
And you don't need No$GBA running for No$Zoomer to work.

I'm running XP, actually.

Mostly I'm just hoping to use the "Create Battery save" option (or however it's worded) to mitigate all these Rom Image crashes in Heart Gold.

(though now I've just gotten a new error, though this probably isn't the thread for that)

Try extracting the archive from the first post directly to your No$GBA folder. Maybe it'll help.

That's actually what I did originally.

When nothing happened clicking on the program, I found the translated readme, and tried that for the same result.

Try deactivating any antivirus or anti-malware program.

^Wouldn't it be better to just add no$zoomer as an exception in the antivirus program (if you have one) instead?

I guess so, though I'd first see if that's the problem at all.

Even if it was the problem, shouldn't SOMETHING still happen? I click on it, and it looks like it starts to do something - for a fraction of a second. Then it seems to forget I clicked anything at all.

And in any case, I've given up on the ROM I was planning on using this with anyway - it's to the point that the Create Battery Save option with this wouldn't help anymore anyway, and from what I'm hearing, it'll only get worse.

Does anyone know if there is a shortcut in the keyboard to enable/disable EX5?

It could be the game is just plain unsupported in no$gba (and thus NO$Zoomer) at this stage.

You need to provide more details. What game? Also, does it happen to all games you tried?
