hey all

so ive been playing pokemon ss using no$gba for the last week or so, on and off. ive gotten in the habit of saving often, and completely shutting down the emulator and rebooting it to ensure the game doesnt crash and i lose time spent.

i've reached the bug contest, and i really want a frigin caterpie. in ss, i can't catch one in the wild upon completion of the bug contest, after the 3 rewards are announced, the game either freezes, and does not pan left to center around my character again, or it does, and it returns me to the man i had to speak to to enter the bug contest, but then it crashes when i try to save.

i really don't feel like progressing any farther in the game if these types of bugs are all i have to look forward to. I've tried that pokefix crap, and i just tried the rudolph patch, but neither have changed anything. if it matters, i've used my old save data after applying both patches.

help is appreciated - thanks!

you should edit the name of the topic becouse the game runs perfectly now.Just to say that it runs perfectly for me,didnt had a single freeze or crash, using no$zoomer with the bios and firmware and rudolph patch.I needed the ar code only when i started the game, now it doesnt do the black screen error even without it

Well, ALMOST perfectly, because it has some slowdown when you get into the Pokéthlon (or something like that).
