Bought Sengoku Basara: Samurai Warriors from a second hand store yesterday, it was cheap... It's pretty much dynasty warriors but in warring states period of Japan instead of China. But then again, samurais and ninjas are cooler!

Though some of them look kinda gay... I also know there is an anime, as it's being advertised behind the manual, but I haven't seen it.

I really wish there was a western equivalent for those games, it would be so much cooler fighting as Sir Gawain in a King Arthur campaign for instance or even real historic battles like fighting as Achilles against the Trojans. Eventhough most enemies are cannon fodder these games just have a sense of scale which no other game aside from an RTS can touch but here you're in the thick of the action.

Have you tried the Dynasty Warriors Gundam games, considering your avatar and all? With a friend they're actually pretty fun! Alone, not so much. But yeah, I agree... It would be pretty awesome to play as Arthur or Achilles and go kick some a**!

Finished Ys Origins with the warrior, now for the second playthrough with the mage.
It's quite the enjoyable game, got me entertained lots. =D

#EDIT: Rating... hmmm ... 8/10

Second playthrough took 6hs with the Mage, but didn't like it much at all. Now for the third character, which seems quite interesting to use and storywise too.
