No. It depends on how strong your processor is how well it runs and in some cases no$gba emulation is also still imperfect to the point that some games run slow no matter how strong your processor is. So this is either a case of a game that just doesn't run well in no$gba or a case of your processor being too weak.

You will find threads and I even mention some stuff in my FAQ on how to speed it up...but in my opinion none of it really works so my answer remains No.

Look for the stickied thread. It has No$Zoomer 2.3.0.2, and all you ever need to know about it.

Put the extracted files into your No$GBA folder and run No$Zoomer.exe.
Also, did you get your No$Zoomer version from this thread, or the sticky?

if 2.3.0.2 is the newest, why is it not downloadable in the first post then?

Because this thread is old and outdated. Try the one in the sticky instead. Makes me wonder how this thread keeps resurfacing...

Forum searches, it likely for some odd reason appears more relevant to the search function and thus higher up (that and this thread start with "No$Zoomer" whilst the other starts with "Everything" so people don't always immediately notice what the thread is about.
