3dfx Voodoo5 system locks up after exiting any game with ePSXe

After I quit out of any game back to the main ePSXe screen, the system locks up, has anyone seen a problem like this before?

BTW it does the same thing with Lewpys Glide plugin.

System info: Athlon XP1700+, 256MB RAM, Voodoo5 PCI, SBLive

set your desktop color depth to 32-bit, not in epsxe but in the main desktop.

Another Problem: Cursor is black. Anyone know a quick fix? Using Lewpy's 1.40 now also.
