Well if you miss the post saying that I did disable it from the link you provided with me telling me how to do so. I did it and nothing happened at all. Their was no change in anything.

Then its not a vsync problem. Most likely, ur problem is the intel gpu.

So the the Intel GPU automatically limits one to 60FPS and it will not go higher? This doesn't make sense to me as to why but oh well.

It could also be a video card driver bug. Those tend to happen often and Intel is not normally associated with quality 3d support.

I do have the latest driver for this hing but I guess I'm just out of luck and nothing more can be said or done here I guess.

hey man, im in the same boat you are in, anot not trying to kick a dead thread, but I have PCSX for Mac and a MacBook Pro, Im playing Final Fantasy 8 and if I go and select Turn Frame Skipping on, then press the delete key, and then the enter botton multiple times, it raise the FPS BUT i cant figure a way to make it stay that way... maybe this will help
