haha i started Q9 from your sig right after i posted but i was not sure if it was going to work so i left my post up. I'm trying to follow all the steps but it is really confusing for me as i am not an expert at this. Step 2 says to put the ROM on the patch.......then what, i can compress them into an archive. I still have to find a way to get all three files from step 1. Finally, #6 makes no sense to me, i downloaded encrypts then i don't know what to do next. Im probably going to give up on this I'm too much of a newb...............

From the second part, i have searched battery and slot but nothing shows up. When i search the name of my rom two things come up one is *name*.rar and the other is *name*. nds. Nothing with sav. This is really weird because i just started playing again after about a year and i always remember having battery and slot. I have played on two computers, both of them had battery and slot..........i wonder if i did something last time i played that got rid of the folders

thanks

I have a question - I have asked it already in another topic, but I felt it would be better to ask here (if it's not right, mods can delete it). Anyway, I wish to ask about these pokemon: Magnezone, Probopass and two of Eevee's evolutions (plant and ice ones). Conditions for getting them cannot be fulfilled in hg/ss. Does anyone have a code/hack/app allowing to evolve Magneton/Nosepass/etc just by levelling up? I would be thankful if anyone answered.

As with all DS Pokémon cheating needs, Pokésav is your first and best bet. Just remember, you need to hatch your 'Mon from an egg to get its Pokédex entry.

I've been trying to get this game to work on multiple emulators with no real luck. Does anyone know what I have to do so that the game runs at normal speed and doesn't freeze or go black screen all the time? Any help would be appreciated.

You won't receive any support with this game here because you made an illegal request and broken our Rules. After you have familiarized yourself with the aforementioned rules though feel free to request help with another game if you need any.

Doesn't matter, once broken that's it for support for that game. Just removing the offending material won't change that.

im fairly new to emulation and im having issues with my heart gold, i really dont have the time to sit and read all the thread pages so could somebody recap the most updated fixes? my no$zoomer is set up with my no$gba already but i still need to bypass the black screen and solve my saving problems. also, is there a way to help keep this running at at least close to 100%? if not its perfectly fine, i just dont like to run slower than normal speed

Everything you'll need is linked in my sig, under Q9.
Expect slowdowns in the Pokedex, Bill's PC and the Pokéathlon (making that one pretty much unplayable, good thing it's completely optional). Other than that, if it doesn't run fluently, it's most likely your hardware not up to it. No$Zoomer's EX5 may give you a bit of a speed boost, but it'll cut the FPS, leaving the game more "jittery".

Hey fellas, i played the game just fine yesterday and made sure to save after each gym.

I decided to go to sleep after the 3rd gym and play again today, the problem I'm having is when I open No$zoomer and hit load state, it takes me back to the no$zoomer main screen where I can choose to play heart gold and it has the clock.

If i choose to click on heart gold and wait til the game starts running and hit load state then it just simply crashes with the error, "the rom image has crashed".

What i've tried:

deleted no$gba.inp
ran the decrypter

any solutions?

No$Zoomer doesn't do save states the way you're used to. What it basically does is create a copy of the save file that was in no$gba's battery folder when you clicked save state and then load state replaces whatever save is there with the saved copy. So if you didn't have an ingame save as you would have on a DS then you're screwed.

The only legal way to find games is to buy the original cartridges and dump them with your DS. Anything else is illegal and won't be discussed here as it's against our Rules.

Also you hijacked the thread with both an illegal request and a request that has nothing to do with the emulator section you're posting in. Don't do that again either.
