Please help! Low FPS!

I really want to play Guitar Hero Metallica, and in the loading game screen and game intro everything seems okay, fps relative 60. But, in the main menu screen and after - fps is 8-10 and game crashing so much, and sound also. I also tried 3 versions of PCSX2 and same. My pc specs:

Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT
AMD Athlon II X2 260 4GB 3.20 GHz
Windows 7 32bit

Please help, this is my dream game!

instead of downloading the game, better buy it...

Any solution for my problem? And my previous post is from different place. There, my two threads are locked on this thematic? Anyway, forget it.....any solution?

Speedhacks. Also rhythm games are bad to use in PCSX2 as generally they need very specific timings otherwise the steps will desync on the song.
