PEC Download Please???
So I heard about this thing called a PEC. I have searched on this site and on google. I just can't seem to find it! I would love to get a link to the newest version of this cheat thing and a faq on how to use it. I've tried searching I guess I just don't know where to find it. This is for the epsxe v 1.7.0 btw. Any help would be greatly appriciated  .
