well what do you mean, you bought an iso, you meant you bought a pirated copy.... also changing it to rom isnt really possible but what do you mean to run it xbox360 hard drive or on pc.... well if its xbox360 had drive then there is no need to convert, but as for getting on the hard drive then dont ask me as i dont have a xbox360... if its to get it work on pc then forget about it, its for xbox360 meaning to get it woking on pc you dont need to make it as a rom, what you need is a xbox360 emulator and there isnt one nor there will be one anytime soon |

microsoft only sells disc based x360 game or GOD/XBLA through xbox live directly on to your xbox360. so there's no way you bought skyrim x360 version in image/ISO form unless you meant GFWL (game for windows live), then it's PC version. only playable in windows. though, iirc. skyrim PC version use steamwork only, not GFWL. |

![]() Eh, sorry. I have nothing of value to contibute. I'd just like to point out that I too am confused by the OP's nonsensical use of "iso" and "rom". Context matters. Spoiler:

I guess for a lot of people that's the same, but, nope. Wikipedia to the rescue, because it explains it better than I do: An ISO image (International Organization for Standardization) is an archive file (also known as a disc image) of an optical disc. A ROM image, or ROM file, is a computer file which contains a copy of the data from a read-only memory chip, often from a video game cartridge, a computer's firmware, or from an arcade game's main board. translating the first post with that... "is it possible to convert an image of an optical disc to an image of a read-only memory chip because i bought a skyrim ISO image and i was going to burn it (to optical disc) and play it but my xbox 360 broke before i could." ...makes no sense |
